8 ounces of White Chocolate
3/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
Chop the white chocolate very finely and place in a medium bowl.
Bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil over the stove, but make sure not to burn it.
Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth and melted.
Put the bowl in the fridge for 5 minutes and then take it out and stir again.
Repeat this process until it is the desired consistency.
